Pat Metheny: Solo Guitar & Orchestrion

Pat Metheny has won 17 Grammy(c) Awards across a variety of different categories including Best Rock Instrumental, Best Contemporary Jazz Recording, Best Jazz Instrumental Solo and Best Instrumental Composition. In this performance at Symphony Center, he will move between guitar improvisations on the first half to the unveiling of a new technology for the presentation of an acoustically driven "solo ensemble" music he has dubbed "Orchestronics."
