Extreme Makeover: Home Edition star Paige Hemmis will be honored at the 4th Annual Rebecca’s Dream Gala at the Chicago Cultural Center, 78 East Washington Street. Guests will gather to raise awareness and critical funds for the Rebecca Cutler Foundation whose mission is to foster awareness and compassionate understanding of depression and bipolar disorder as real diseases, and its investment in the mission of the national mental health agency the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA
