I have patronized this theater quite a few times in the past and here are my observations:
--the theater is generally clean
--the cashiers are not always welcoming or friendly especially the short chubby black girl with glasses
--since this theater is on an upper floor, several escalators have to be used to access AMC 600. These escalators consistently break down.
--I have attended the 1st matinee showing when either the projectionist did not show up or came late
--on 12/24/08, the 1st matinee screening of a film was cancelled because the projector broke down and attendees were referred to another Chicago theater showing the same film
I think that management needs to review its operations and training of staff to provide a much better experience for customers. I have never encountered as many problems in movie going as with the AMC 600 Chicago.
