RA Sushi

RA Sushi joined the myriad dining options at Yorktown's Shops on Butterfield complex in July 2007. The sushi bar and restaurant is 4,500 square feet with a dining room and outdoor patio. This Japanese fusion spot offers signature rolls like the Tootsy Maki (crab, shrimp and cucumber topped with sweet eel sauce and crunchy tempura bits) and the Viva Las Vegas Roll (a lightly tempura battered roll with cream cheese, spicy tuna, crab, eel sauce and spinach tempura flakes). Sushi not for you? There's plenty of fully cooked pan-Asian eats, such as black pepper filet medallions, apple teriyaki salmon and seared ahi tuna.
